Camila Gómez visits our lab

Camila Gómez Valenzuela is a Chilean nurse and mother who became well-known in April 2024 when she began a walk of 1,200–1,300 km, from Chiloé to the Palacio de La Moneda in Santiago, to raise awareness for her cause and raise funds to cover the treatment for her son, Tomás Ross, who was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
